Collin James Turner

Collin James Turner, age 33, of Gulf Breeze, FL passed away suddenly on September 8, 2021. Collin leaves behind his parents Don and Tere' Turner of Senoia, GA; sisters Nichole Bester of Waterford, MI; and Rebecca Turner of Los Angeles, CA. He was a loving father to Brody Turner of Holly Grove, NC; John Patrick (JP), Laney and step-daughter Kylie Kuhn of Gulf Breeze, FL. He served in the United States Marine Corps for 14 years, was most proud of his EOD Explosive Ordnance Disposal accomplishments and rose to the level of Gunnery Sergeant. He will receive an honorary BSEE from Arizona State University and had been accepted into the electrical engineering masters program at Johns Hopkins University. Among the most important things in life to him were his children, family, and education. A memorial service will be held at Troy Assembly of God Church in Troy, MI on October 16 at 11AM and final interment will be at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy, MI.
