John Pederzolli Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Hansen Mortuary Chapel - Phoenix on Feb. 24, 2026.
John T. Pederzolli, a talented software engineer and lifelong resident of Phoenix, passed away leaving behind a legacy of integrity, hard work, and brilliant wit. He was 49 years old.

John was born in Phoenix, Arizona, on February 5, 1977, to Fred and MaryAnn Pederzolli. He graduated from Horizon High School before attending Arizona State University, where he earned his degree and set the foundation for a successful career in technology.

A highly respected Senior Software Engineer, John was known for his intense work ethic; he was the type of person who expected no more from others than he was willing to give himself. Throughout his career, he contributed his talents to several major organizations, including Evergreen, DHL, GoDaddy, Yahoo, and Shutterfly.

John will be remembered for his dry sense of humor and the quiet strength of his character. Humble and soft-spoken, he carried himself with a steady respect for others and a deep commitment to honesty. He found great joy in binge-watching his favorite comedies including Seinfeld, The Office, Get a Life, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Witty and sarcastic up to the very end, John leaves behind countless memories filled with laughter, warmth, and quiet wisdom.

John is survived by his devoted parents, Fred and MaryAnn Pederzolli; his brother, Robert F. Pederzolli and sister-in-law Shelby Pederzolli; and his beloved nephews, Anthony John Pederzolli and Robert F. Pederzolli, Jr. He also leaves behind a tight-knit group of best friends: Keri, Joe, Kelli, Nick, and Billy.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Billie Berwick, and John and Grace Pederzolli.

John's presence will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. As his family and friends carry his memory forward, they offer one final message:

We will see you down the road, John. Love, your family and friends."
