Concepcion Villarreal Flores

Boerne/Harlingen - Concepcion "Connie" Villarreal Flores at the age of 92 joined her Savior in heaven on March 2, 2025. Concepcion was a long-time resident of Harlingen Texas and recently resided in Boerne Texas. Concepcion was a dedicated housewife and mother. She loved all her children unconditionally, took pride in her garden, enjoyed sewing, taking walks and cooking. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Harlingen and St. Peters the Apostle in Boerne, Texas.
Concepcion is survived by her nine children: Jose Ernesto Flores (Mari) of Harlingen, Jose Angel Flores (Dora) of San Antonio, Fernando Flores (Elma) of Dripping Springs, Maria Leticia Sanchez (Felipe) of Laporte, Emilio Flores (Cheryl) of North Dakota, Armando Flores (Annie) of Colorado, Frances Zamorano (Angel) of Boerne, Sylvia Flores of Baytown and Daniel Flores of Harlingen. Concepcion was blessed with seventeen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
Concepcion was preceded in death by her husband Jose Abel Flores, parents, Emilio Villarreal and Francisca Villarreal. Her siblings: her brother Johnny Villarreal and sisters Catalina Gonzalez, Esperanza V. Lozano, and Reyes V. Casanova.
Funeral Services will be held at Rudy Garza Funeral Home in Harlingen, on Sunday March 9, 2025, with a viewing from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Rosary at 7:00 pm. The funeral will take place on Monday, March 10, 2025, at 1:00 pm at the Rudy Garza Funeral Home. We will proceed to Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in La Feria, Texas for her burial and final resting place.
Pallbearers will be family members.
