Conception Lemos

Conception Lemos, 64, was born on December 28, 1960, in Houston, Texas, and entered eternal rest on November 16, 2025, in her hometown of Houston. She was raised in Pasadena, Texas, and later attended Milby High School.

A true Houston sports fanatic—dating back to the unforgettable “Luv Ya Blue” era—she proudly supported the Houston Oilers, Astros, and Texans. Conception was the life of every gathering. She loved to dance and enjoyed country music legends such as Alan Jackson, Tammy Wynette, and Patsy Cline, as well as Tejano favorites like David Lee Garza, Jay Perez, and the Hometown Boys. Her passion for music was reflected in her treasured collection of vinyl records.

Throughout her career, she worked in client services of both the Houston Chronicle and MD Anderson Hospital, bringing dedication and warmth to those around her. She embraced life fully and joyfully.

Conception was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Bertha Yvonne Davila. She leaves behind her daughters, Giovanna Sanclemente and Francisca Sanclemente; her siblings, Guillermo “Billy” Lemos and Elizabeth “Lisa” Lemos; and her cherished grandchildren, Raul, Leyla, Ramon, and Sophia. She also leaves behind many extended family members and a host of dear friends.

Conception will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to share in her vibrant spirit and the beautiful memories she created.
