94, of Johnston, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, February 8, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late Giovanni DiMascio. Born in Sulmona, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Loreto and Isabella Susi. Mrs. DiMascio was a carder in the jewelry manufacturing industry for many years before retiring. Concetta loved getting together with her family and friends especially during the holidays. Making pizzelles with her sister in-laws and family was a must as well as making homemade pasta and sausage for all that knew her. Concetta enjoyed gardening and spending as much time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren who she adored so dearly. Over the last four years Concetta resided with her daughter Anna in Johnston.
Concetta is survived by her loving children, Frank DiMascio and his wife Linda of Johnston, Anna Regan her husband the late Timothy Regan Jr., of Johnston, Anthony DiMascio and his wife Leslie of Johnston Jenny DiMascio of Barrington, and the late Maria Favreau and her husband James Favreau of North Providence. Cherished grandmother of John Regan (Erica), Timothy Regan (Stacey), James Favreau (Dr. Stephanie Favreau), Kimberly DiMascio, Desiree Chece (Dr. John Chece), Anthony DiMascio and Nicole DiMascio. Adored great grandmother of Abigail Regan, Isabella Cardoso, Mason Cardoso, Hannah Regan, Clark Favreau, John Regan Jr., Audrey Favreau, Maria Chece, and Patrick Chece. Concetta was predeceased by her three brothers Domenic, Ruggierio and Pasqualino Susi. She also leaves behind her nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held on Thursday, Feb. 15th, at 9:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, Johnston. Entombment will be held in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Wednesday from 4:00-7:00 p.m.
