Connie is survived by one son, Andrew McCormick (Jaimie) of Kansas City, Missouri; one daughter Jenny Bivona (Richard) of Fayetteville, Arkansas; two grandchildren Josephine Bixona and Danielle Bixona; three brothers Dale Hamilton of Carthage, Roy Hamilton of Carthage, David Chrisman of Joplin, Missouri; four sisters Katheryn Smith of Carthage, Phyllis Talley of Carthage, Donna Baker of Carterville, Missouri, and Barbara Hunziker of Joplin, Missouri.
She is preceded in death by her mother Pauline Denayer; and two sisters Carolyn Brewer and Susie Hamilton.
Memorial services have not been scheduled at this time and will be held at a later date.
