Connie I. Everett, 83
Connie I. Everett of Dover passed away Friday, June 14, 2024 at Christiana Care Hospice Center, Newark.
Connie had worked at Kraft – General Foods for 33 years retiring in 1997. She enjoyed traveling, arranging and cooking for family gatherings, loved playing cards with friends and was an avid Eagles fan.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, George "Roland" Everett, Jr.
She is survived by her children, Dwayne E. Frazier and his wife Becky, G. Roland Everett, III and his wife Debbie and Deborah Ann McGinnes and her husband Jerry; grandchildren, G. Roland Everett, IV and his wife Nichole, Dawn M. Burton and her husband Jason, Tabetha Harding and her husband Ronald, Jerry McGinnes, Jr. and his wife Kim, Dwayne Frazier, Jr., and Katie Cooper and her husband Alex; great grandchildren, Cody, Kylie, Nichole, Shelby, Maren, Aspen, River, Aliza and Talia and great great grandchild, Alexandria; brother, Lawrence Shaffer and sister, Anna Mae Shaffer.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m., Monday, June 24, 2024 at Sudlersville Cemetery, Sudlersville, MD.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks contributions be made to Barclay Assembly of God, 111 Busic Church Rd, Barclay, MD 21607.
