Constance (Connie) Lynn Lappe, 69 of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, passed away peacefully of November 18, 2025, at North Memorial Hospital, surrounded by loved ones.
Born on September 5, 1956, in Bancroft, Iowa, Connie was the daughter of Barbara and Frank Lappe. She grew up on her family’s dairy and crop farm, a place that nurtured her love of animals and her gentle, caring nature.
After college, Connie found her calling as a teacher’s aide, working with elementary school children – a role she cherished and excelled in.
Connie will be remembered for her kind heart, gentle spirit, and remarkable resilience in the face of life’s challenges. She shared her life with several beloved dogs who brought her great joy and companionship. Connie loved reading, puzzles, celebrating holidays, and spending time with her family. Her best friend, Sue, remained a constant source of support and friendship throughout the years.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents. She leaves behind family and friends who will forever hold her memory close. Though she is no longer with us, Connie’s kindness and quiet strength will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.
