Connie Kay Lenear, a cherished soul who embodied the essence of a faith-filled and loving spirit, was welcomed into the arms of her Savior on January 20, 2026, in Temple, TX, having been born in Columbus, OH, on February 7, 1946. Connie's life was a testament to the power of joy, resilience, and the strength found in family and faith.

Connie was the beloved daughter of Minnie Wise and Leroy Herb, and later, the stepdaughter of Bill Wise. She was a sister to Mary Mancebo, Denia Gross, Edith Andrews, and Everett Herb. Her legacy of love continues through her children, Natalie Fritz, Lisa Eberhardt-Les, and Richard Lenear, as well as her treasured grandchildren, Eric, Nichole, Kurstie, Sarah, Ashley, Marcus, Michael, Mason, and Chelssie, and her adoring great-grandchildren, numbering seventeen.

Throughout her life, Connie embraced various roles with grace and dedication. Whether as a store manager, waitress, bartender, or caregiver, she infused each task with her indomitable spirit and genuine care for others. Her involvement in her community and church reflected her commitment to service and her steadfast Christian faith.

Connie's interests were as varied as her talents. She delighted in the simple pleasures of life, finding beauty in the collection of bells, postcards, and pretty trinkets. Her love for card and board games was more than a pastime; it was a way to connect, laugh, and share with those she held dear.

Described as spirited and loving, Connie's presence was a beacon of light to all who knew her. Her laughter was infectious, her counsel was wise, and her embrace was a refuge. Connie faced each day with unyielding optimism and an unwavering trust in God.

Connie's journey on earth has ended, but her story continues in the lives she touched. Her influence will forever be felt in the love she gave, the wisdom she shared, and the faith she exemplified. She ran the race set before her with perseverance and now rests in the glory of her Creator.

As we celebrate Connie's life, we are reminded of her enduring spirit and the lessons she imparted. Her legacy is one of love, laughter, and the profound belief that with God, all things are possible. Connie Kay Lenear's life was a beautiful reflection of the divine, and she will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
