Connie Seno Obituary

Published by Legacy on Feb. 10, 2023.
Concepcion Dela Pena Ybanez Seno, died at the age of 70, in Jacksonville, FL on February 7, 2023. She was born in Cadiz City, Philippines on September 5, 1952 to Romeo Reboton Ybanez and Carmen Dela Pena Ybanez.
Concepcion was loved by so many people because of her warm love and kindness. You would recognize her anywhere by the sound of her voice. She always made sure you were full and happy no matter what mood she was in, her energy was so infectious, and you would feel much cozier once she found you. Her love was impactful.
She graduated from San Carlos University with a degree in Business Administration. She came to the United Stated to pursue a life and created many wonderful displays of Filipino pastries and her own take on cake designs. She spent her free time planning for tomorrow. She worked very hard to selflessly support whomever needed support. She spent many Sunday afternoons with her grandchildren, Ariel and Tanner and also loved her fur baby, Duke. She attended Most Holy Redeemer Catholic Church to show her love for God.
She worked as a caregiver or CNA and part-time cake baker. She loved spending time with her family, eating at different restaurants, traveling and of course creating cakes and pastries.
A Special Thanks, in this troubled time, to the Shaw Family, the Burns Family, the Dunkley Family, the close friends of the Gamo Family, the Gandionco Family, the Samson Family, the Capps Family, the Water Family, Andre Johnson, Gregory Holmes, Angeline Ramsey, James Pierce, Ryan Jones, Chase Page and Andrew Fewox.
Concepcion is survived by the brother, Romeo Ybanez, Jr.; oldest sister, Yvonne Gandionco; youngest sister, Carmelita "Diday" Gandionco; son, Remo Joseph Y. Gamo; daughter-in-law, Jessica K. Gamo; and two grandchildren, Ariel Marleigh Gamo and Tanner Immanuel Gamo.
Preceded in death by her parents, Romeo Reboton Ybanez and Carmen Dela Pena Ybanez.
