Connie C. Spath, 77, of Fremont, passed away January 22, 2026, at Methodist Fremont Health.
She was born in Norfolk, NE, to Curtis, Sr. and Evelyn (Kjar) Cochran.
She grew up in Norfolk and Plainview, NE, before moving to Fremont. She graduated from Fremont Senior High School. She was an Administrative Assistant at Boys Town in Omaha until her retirement. She also worked part-time at JC Penney in Fremont.
Member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and St. Patrick's Women in Fremont.
Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Gregory and Reginald "Reggie" Cochran; sister, Cheri Cochran (Matthew Reisdorff) of Lincoln, NE.
Survived by daughter, Sara (Berry) Mahan, Bellevue, NE; son, Jeff Gieselmann and brothers, Curtis Cochran, Jr. both, Fremont and Duane (Teri) Cochran, San Diego, CA; sister, Cheri Cochran (Matthew Reisdorff) Lincoln, NE; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Memorial Mass 10:00 A.M., Thursday, January 29, 2026, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Fremont. Visitation Wednesday from 5-7 P.M., with a Rosary at 7 PM also at Moser's. Visitation, Thursday, one hour prior to the service at the church.
Interment at Calvary Cemetery in Fremont.
