Connor Artz Obituary
October 26, 1999 - June 2, 2025
Connor Michael Artz was born October 26, 1999, in Omaha, to Pat and Kathleen Artz.
He passed away on June 2, 2025, from complications during a surgery in April of this year, but not before spreading a lot of joy and laughter and making music and true friends.
He enjoyed sports, playing multiple musical instruments, as well as hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, and having time to joke or debate the meaning of life with enthusiastic partners.
Connor is a graduate of Holy Cross Grade School and Creighton Preparatory High School. He attended St. Norbert College in Green Bay, WI, before getting a degree in legal studies from Bellevue University. He worked as a Graduate Studies Advisor for Bellevue University.
Connor is survived by his parents, Pat and Kathleen; siblings, Daniel (Laura Lindenstein) Artz, Erin (fiancé Nate Beacom) Artz and Clare Artz; and by many aunts, uncles and extended family and friends.
VISITATION: Monday, June 9, 2025, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 4810 Woolworth Ave., Omaha, NE 68106, from 6:30 p.m., until the time of VIGIL at 8 p.m. FUNERAL MASS: 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at Holy Cross Catholic Church.
INTERMENT: Holy Sepulchre cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, please consider bringing a youth sized soccer ball or basketball or a children's book for a local donation. Monetary donations directed to the Connor M. Artz Memorial Fund at Omaha Community Foundation.

I knew Connor through work. I appreciated his bright light, his kind heart, and his caring ways of being. He truly reached out to so many students, making a positive difference in ways words just don´t adequately suffice. He also was a huge help to us faculty as well. His caring, easy-going nature... his big heart... his friendly, supportive spirit... and his "go above and beyond" nature, will always be remembered. He will be missed by so many!

My sincere sympathy and prayers for all of Connor's family. I only know Dan whom I met last year. I am Laura's grandmother in Iowa. But I heard of his surgery and death. Bobbie Lindenstein
