Conny Jack

Conny Jack is a loving sister, daughter, granddaughter, niece and friend, passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at the age of 20. She was born on August 11, 2005, in Shiprock, New Mexico, to Jessica Shorty and Nathan Don Jack.
Conny grew up in Hogback, New Mexico with her siblings; Krystal Summer Jack and Naomi Mary Jane Jack, alongside with many cousins. She graduated from Charter Institute and she was pursuing her CNA Certificate.
Conny enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and pets. Her favorite hobbies were writing, reading. planting, and listening to music. But what she loved and enjoyed the most was giving a little piece of herself to everyone she loved and cared for.
She is preceded in death by her mother Jessica Shorty, grandfather Johnny Jack, grandmother Geraldine Ayze, grandfather Titus Benally, and her friend Luke Houston Starling.
She is survived by her father Nathan D. Jack, her Great grandmother Annie Jack, her grandmother Annette Lou Mutte, and her sisters Krystal and Naomi Jack.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026, at 10:00am at Open Bible Baptist Church in Waterflow, New Mexico, burial to follow at Kirtland-Fruitland Cemetery in Kirtland, New Mexico.
