Constance "Connie" Louise Clarke was born June 1, 1961, in El Campo, the daughter of Rose and Fred Clarke. She attended school in El Campo and at the Opportunity Center. After graduation, Connie worked at the Second Time Around Store for many years. While living in College Station Connie worked at HEB for eight years. In 2018, Connie moved to Marbridge Ranch in Manchaca where she lived until her death in 2025. Connie was a very special person as anyone who knew her could attest. She loved her family, dogs, books, music and working. Cats, not so much!

She is survived by her Aunt Norma Tassian of Ohio, her brothers Fred Clarke and wife Laura of Connecticut, Stephen Clarke of El Campo, and sister, Rose Douglass and husband Noble of Bryan, Texas. She is also survived by nephews Levi Douglass, Britton Douglass and wife Carin, and Noble Douglass II and wife Brandy, all of Bryan/College Station, by nephews Samuel Clarke and wife Genevieve of New York, and Peter Clarke and wife Dari of Los Angeles and nieces, Lindsey Coats and husband Eric of Gauz, Tx, and Lauren West and husband Cody of Conroe. She is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews and cousins who loved and will miss her greatly.
