She is survived by her sisters, Debra C. Martin and husband, Mike of Etters and Karen S. Kirby and companion, Bruce Rotz, Jr. of Shippensburg; niece, Lara Martin and husband, Wade of Chambersburg; nephews, Bradly Kirby and wife, Crystal of Shippensburg, Brett Fogelsanger of Florida and Brent Fogelsanger and wife, Missy of Etters and numerous nieces and nephews.
Professional services have been entrusted to Dugan Funeral & Cremation, Ltd., 51 Asper Drive, Shippensburg. At Connie's request, there will be no viewing. A celebration of Connie's life will be held at the convenience of the family. To leave a condolence for the family, please visit DuganFH.com.
