Constance Huckaby Obituary
Connie graduated from Columbus East High School. She recently retired from AVI Food Service, where she worked as a food vendor. Connie loved playing BINGO as the Elks Lodge and the VFW, and she never turned down a chance to play the slots at Horseshoe or Rising Star. Connie will be remembered for her strong devotion to her family, her caring nature, and her great sense of humor.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Jackie Dixon, Carlena Stigdon, and David Brown.
Survivors include one son, Douglas R. (Jamie) Huckaby and their children, Tinka "Andy" Dureya and James Huckaby; her former husband, Douglas D. Huckaby.
Friends and family will gather Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 1 to 3 p.m., at the Jewell – Rittman Family Funeral Home, 3855 25th Street, Columbus. Cremation will follow the visitation at the Jewell – Rittman Cremation Center on Marr Road.
