Our Dear Mother Constance Yevette McBride-Hicks passed away peacefully at home early Saturday
morning surrounded by love. Constance left here knowing how much she was loved and admired. She
was well known and will truly be missed. Constance affectionately known as "Connie" was born in raised
in Neptune and grew up on 10th Ave. She Graduated from Neptune High School in 1979. There after
she enlisted in the Army and served our country for six years. In 1985 Connie was honorably discharged
at the Rank of Private 1st Class, E-2, EFT. Connie was Honorably mention by the Army as a "Sharp
Shooter." After her Military years Connie worked various jobs throughout the community from factory
worker to cab driver. Connie loved Music, Shopping and Fashion. She Loved Cleaning and Organizing and
had a Love for plants. You knew Connie for her "signature red Bandana." You could always catch Connie
out cruising the neighborhood and stopping through to catch a good time. Constance was predeceased
by her Grand Mother Elouise Dunbar, and Mother Bertha Lee McBride Father: Curtis McBride Sr.,
Brothers: Zane Edward McBride Sr. and Curtis McBride III Esq. Sr.
To carry on her legacy and Keep her Memory alive, are her Beloved Husband Eugene T. Hicks (Neptune),
Two Daughters Angela D Denise McBride, Alexis Yevette Hicks(Andre Santana Sanchez), both of
Neptune. Two sons: Eugene T Hicks Jr (Conrad TJ), Ocean Township. Terry Eugene Hicks, Red bank.
Five Grand Children Sade' I'Kira Kennedy and Sadere Joseph Moore, Emani Talia Hicks (Ocean) Trinity
