Constance Packer, 88, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2025.
She was born on July 19, 1937 in Glasgow, Kentucky to Amos and Grace (Pipkin) Childress. She is preceded in death by her Father, Amos Childress, Mother, Vola Grace Childress, Husband, James Packer, Siblings, Donald Childress, Frances Martin, Delores Burris, James W. Childress, and Betty J. Childress.
Constance is survived by her loving Siblings, Jerry (Clara) Childress, Priscilla (Charles) Hayden, and Wanda Wordlow, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends to cherish her memory forever.
The memorial service for Constance Packer will be January 13, 2026 at 12 noon. It will be held at First Virginia Avenue Baptist Church. The address for the church is 3601 Virginia Avenue Louisville, KY 40211.
The family requests that contributions in Constance’s memory be made to The Alzheimer's Association.
