She was preceded in death by her parents, Elbert and Doris Jean Miller; sisters, Carol and Diane; and brothers, Bruce and James.
Constance is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Keith Tobin; her children, Jennifer Colby (Raymond) and Jonathan Lawson (Cat); grandchildren, Kierstin Kennedy (Taylor), CJ Kennedy (Destiny), and Miranda Kennedy; great granddaughter, Addilyn; soon to be great grandson, Winston; sister, Nancy Taylor.
The family has chosen not to have a service.
