Cora E. Mace (Nice), 88, of Berrysburg, passed away on September 23, 2025 at Masonic Village of Elizabethtown. She was born in Harrisburg on October 10, 1936 to the late Jacob Nice and the late Martha Nice (Enders). Cora was a craftsman of Millersburg Products and a stay at home mother to her children. When she was home she enjoyed baking, canning, cooking, and taking care of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Hill Church of Berrysburg, an Eastern Star, a member of the Society of Farm Women, Berrysburg Ladies Community Club, and Line Mountain Good Sam Club. She is survived in death by a daughter Heidi Challenger (Randy), a son Lynn Mace (Roni), a brother Jacob Nice, 6 grandchildren - Nicole Schell (Robbie), Holly Esterline (Brian), Ryan Mace, Heather Hildebrand (Steven), Justin Challenger (Lisa), Allison Weiss (Dakoda) and 9 great-grandchildren - Ethan Schell, Tatum Schell, Lilly Boyer (Fiancé Hunter Lentz), Serene Boyer, Landon Mace, Avery Mace, Elsie Hildebrand, James Challenger, Cooper Challenger. She is preceded in death by her husband Mervin Mace, a daughter Elizabeth Mace, a son Mearl Mace, and her brothers John Nice, James Nice, Carl Nice. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Masonic Village or Masonic Village Hospice Care of Elizabethtown.
