Mrs. Cora Catherine Williams, 91, entered into rest on Saturday February 14, 2026.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 40 years, Haywood Williams; parents Leonard and Grace Taylor; daughter-in-law, Sheryl Gregory; and 4 sisters.
She is survived by her children, Charles Gregory, Jerry (Emily) Gregory, Linda Barbee, Dean (Barbara) Gregory, Lisa (Steve) Granto; brother, Leonard “Junior” Taylor; sisters, Joann Seeby, Shirley Barnnett; 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; and dear friend, Arlett Albright.
Mrs. Williams retired from the weaving room at the Graniteville Company after over 40 years of service. She was a member of Warrenville Revival Center, she loved her church and her church family dearly. She enjoyed going to yard sales, thrifting, baking cakes, and sewing. She also looked forward to going to the yearly Taylor family reunion. More than anything she loved her family. She will be remembered for being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
Pallbearers will be Lent Buchan, Jamie Buchan, Cody Gregory, Anthony Gregory, Dylan Gregory, and Chris Franco.
A Funeral Service, celebrating her life, will be held at Jackson Memorial Funeral Home on Wednesday February 18 2026 at 1 P.M. with Pastor Scott to officiate. The burial will follow immediately at Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
