Coralie Bruner Young, of London, Kentucky, was born on August 11, 1929, in London. She was the daughter of the late John Bruner and Mabel Casteel Bruner. She was united in marriage to Charles F. Young, who preceded her in death.

She is survived by four children: Sabra Musick of Annville, John Young and wife Sharon, Susan Hampton and husband Jimmy, and Sally Hulett and husband T all of London; two siblings, Jack Bruner and John Bruner and wife Vina also of London; along with a multitude of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren - including Charles David Young II, Sarah Young, Jennifer Gray, Jay Young, Andrew Young, James Ethan Young, Katie Mink, Addison Mink, Todd Mink, Harper Mink, Charlie Wilson, Elizabeth Wilson, Shey McQueen, John Calvin Young, Jacob Young, Savannah Carter, Isaac Carter, Abby Young, Leah Young, Charlee Helton, Micah David McQueen, and Reece Young - plus a host of other cherished family members and dear friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Charles David Young, and a sister, Billie Bryan Finnegan.

Coralie was a devoted member of First Christian Church in London, where she loved singing in the choir. She had a passion for travel and visited many countries around the world, including Australia, England, Germany, Singapore, Italy, and numerous others. A gifted photographer, Coralie was rarely without her camera, capturing the beauty of nature, her adventures abroad, and special moments with friends and family. She delighted in sharing her photographs, often making extra copies for everyone to enjoy.

Known as a true social butterfly, Coralie loved spending time with others. Some of her happiest moments were spent hosting dinners and playing cards with her many friends. Her greatest joy, however, was her family. She cherished every holiday gathering, especially her legendary Fourth of July celebrations, Thanksgivings and Christmas dinners which were open to extended family and friends alike.

Coralie also had a love for flowers and was an active member of the Gardening Club. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and found joy in life's simple pleasures. With her generous heart, she was always caring for others - often cooking and delivering meals to those in need, whether they were sick, grieving, celebrating a new baby, or simply in need of kindness. She gave selflessly, always with a warm smile and love in her heart.

Her life was a beautiful example of love, generosity, and grace, and her memory will be forever cherished by all who knew her.

On Monday, October 20, 2025, at the age of 96 years, 2 months, and 9 days, Coralie Bruner Young passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. She is now in the arms of her Lord and Savior. Her life was a shining example of love, generosity, and grace, and her memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
