Cornelia Iclozan Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Home & Crematory - Historical Downtown Chapel on Dec. 30, 2025.
Cornelia Iclozan passed away peacefully on December 29, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of strength, discerning eye and unwavering passion for art.
Cornelia was a woman ahead of her time. She earned a Master's degree in Fine Arts, followed by an apprenticeship at the National Museum of Romania, becoming an art restoration department head. She was an artist first, then devoted her career to bringing paintings back to life, carefully preserving history, beauty, and meaning for future generations.
At a time when it was not fashionable or expected, Cornelia was a career woman, driven, accomplished, and unapologetically ambitious. She was intelligent, opinionated, and deeply passionate, never afraid to stand her ground or speak her mind. Her strength of character and independence left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.
Beyond her professional achievements, Cornelia was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister, whose love for her family was steadfast and enduring. She inspired those around her through her resilience, work ethic, and refusal to conform to limitations placed before her.
She is survived by her loving family, her husband Marcel, her son Marius, daughter-in-law Adina and grandchildren Ryan and Ian, also many dear friends who will forever carry her memory and values forward.
Her legacy lives on in the art she restored, the family she shaped, friendships she forged and the examples she set for generations to come. Cornelia will be remembered as a woman of talent, conviction, and passion, a true original whose impact will not be forgotten.
