El Sr. Hernández nació el 10 de Marzo de 1970, de Eusebio Hernández y Juana Castriuita en Ojinaga, Chihuahua, México.
La visita de Cornelio será el lunes 2 de Febrero de 2026, de 12 p.m. a 8 p.m. en la funeraria Calvary en Eunice, Nuevo México. Se recitará una vigilia de oración a las 6 p.m.
La Misa Conmemorativa se celebrará el Martes 3 de Febrero de 2026, a las 3 p.m. en St. Iglesia Católica Claire con el Padre Tony oficiando. La cremación tendrá lugar después de que se completen los servicios.
Cornelio le sobrevive su esposa de 37 años: Araceli Hernández de Hobbs. Dos hijos: Carlos Hernández y Obed Hernández, ambos de Eunice, Nuevo México. Hija: Stacy LeBlanc de Carlsbad, Nuevo México. Hermana: Amabelia Hernández Rodríguez de Odessa, Texas. Seis hermanos: George Hernández, Epifano Hernández y Mayo Hernández, todos de Odessa, Texas. José Hernández de Eunice, Nuevo México. Fernando Hernández de Chihuahua, México. Gabriel Hernández de Ojinaga, Chihuahua, México. Seis nietos y numerosas sobrinas, sobrinos, tías, tíos y primos.
Cornelio fue precedido en la muerte por sus padres: Eusebio y Juana Hernández y un hermano: Herminio Hernández.
Los servicios están bajo la dirección de la funeraria Calvary Memorial de Hobbs, Nuevo México.
Cornelio Hernandez, 55 of Hobbs, New Mexico passed away January 28, 2026, at Covenant Hobbs Hospital.
Mr. Hernandez was born March 10, 1970, to Eusebio Hernandez and Juana Castriuita in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico.
Visitation for Cornelio will be Monday, February 02, 2026, from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Calvary Funeral Home in Eunice, New Mexico. A prayer vigil will recite at 6 p.m.
Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 03, 2026, at 3 p.m. at St. Claire Catholic Church with Father Tony officiating. Cremation will take place after services are completed.
Cornelio is survived by his wife of 37 years: Araceli Hernandez of Hobbs. Two sons: Carlos Hernandez and Obed Hernandez both of Eunice, New Mexico. Daughter: Stacy LeBlanc of Carlsbad, New Mexico. Sister: Amabelia Hernandez Rodriguez of Odessa, Texas. Six brothers: George Hernandez, Epifano Hernandez, and Mayo Hernandez all of Odessa, Texas. Jose Hernandez of Eunice, New Mexico. Fernando Hernandez of Chihuahua, Mexico. Gabriel Hernandez of Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico. Six grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Cornelio was preceded in death by his parents: Eusebio and Juana Hernandez and a brother: Herminio Hernandez.
Services are under the direction of Calvary Memorial Funeral Home of Hobbs, New Mexico.
