Corwin Rouse, 52, beloved spouse, father, and son, was called to his eternal resting place on June 1, 2024 at his residence in Glenpool, OK. He entered this world on August 1, 1971, in Platteville, WI, born to Robert and Victoria Rouse.
Corwin graduated from Torey Pines High School in 1989 and went on to earn his Associate's degree from Chafey College. He met the love of his life when they were neighbors after she moved from Ohio. In a romantic gesture,he courted her by placing a red rose on her car. They were united in marriage on July 6, 1996, in LA County, CA.
For the past five years, Corwin worked at Kimberly Clark. Before that, he was a Subway franchisee owner. Known for his warm and welcoming nature, Corwin never met someone that was not his friend. His helpful spirit, big heart, and sense of humor made him a joy to be around. A true free spirit, he would try anything at least once without embarrassment. His adventurous nature led him to bungee jumping, off-roading, and countless home remodeling projects. He had a knack for fixing anything and a sweet tooth for chocolate chip cookies and chocolate mint shakes.
A dedicated Green Bay Packer Backer, Corwin's passion for life and love for his family will be remembered and cherished by all who knew him.
Corwin is survived by, his wife Ami, his two daughters Yasmine and Sareena, his parents Robert and Victoria, brother Danny and his niece Mandy, and numerous aunts and uncles who loved him so very much.
Services to honor and celebrate his life will be 1:00PM Friday, June 7, 2024 at Schaudt's Glenpool-Bixby Funeral Service, 1329 East 151st, Glenpool, OK.
