Cory Long Obituary
Cory J. Long, 37, of New Castle passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 22, 2025.
Born May 12, 1988, in New Castle, he was the son of Michael D. Long Sr. and Kim Marie Wetzel Long.
Cory worked for Reel Deal Sealing as a Supervisor. He enjoyed being outdoors especially fishing and canoeing.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his stepmother Lois Long; daughter, Adrianna Long of Pulaski; two sisters, Nicole Marie (Justin Weaver) Long of Sharpsville and Marissa (Gary) Reeves of Union Twp; three brothers, Shawn Long of New Castle, Kyle Smith of Oceanside, CA, and Michael Long, Jr. of New Castle; three nephews, Wyatt, Parker, and Cooper, and three nieces, Aryiana, Gabby, and Aliyah.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
A memorial service will be on Sunday December 28, 2025, at 4 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home, 200 Fountain Ave. Ellwood City. Rev. Tod Custer will officiate.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the donor's charity of choice.
