Cosa A. Becker

Cosa Agatha Becker, 96 years, of Temperance, MI passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2026 in her home surrounded by family. The daughter of Charles and Harriet (Thompson) Williams, she was born August 19, 1929 in Ann Arbor, MI.

Known for her great sense of humor, she brought laughter and warmth to those around her. She enjoyed coloring with beautiful attention to detail. She enjoyed doing crafts and playing Bingo, especially when she won! Cosa married Herman Becker on June 12, 1981 in St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Temperance. She worked for 18 years at Villa North Nursing Home.

She is survived by her children, Donna (Robert) Schlievert, William (Margaret) Ankney, Debbie (Jack) Anderson, Johnnie (Evelyn) Ankney, Darleen Lynn; 9 grandchildren and many loving great and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman; son, Ronald Ankney; sisters, Margaret Schafer, Dorothy Crosby, Virginia Armstrong and Etta Rupert.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Urbanski's Bedford Funeral Chapel 8300 Lewis Ave., Temperance, MI. where the funeral service will be Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 12:30 p.m. Entombment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
