THE CASEY FAMILY IS HONORED TO BE CARING FOR AND ASSISTING THE FAMILY OF CRAIG DELGADO
AVID REDSOX AND RAIDERS FAN
WATERBURY – Craig Michael Delgado, age 42, of Waterbury, passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, September 8th 2021.
Craig was born April 26th 1979 in Waterbury, CT, the son of Maria Delgado. He was educated in local schools and worked as a journeyman roofer with Gold Seal Home Roofing of Thomaston. He was a loving father who was always happiest while spending time with family, especially while camping. He was considered everyone's "favorite backyard mechanic" for family and friends alike and enjoyed every moment helping others. Craig was an avid Boston Red Sox and LA Raiders fan and will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know and love him.
Left to honor his legacy and cherish his memory, besides his mother, Maria, are his partner and companion of over 20 years Tracy Bernacchi, his children; Deajan Bernacchi, Eric Delgado and Kaira Tataranowicz, all of Waterbury. He also leaves his brothers; Jason Delgado, and Stanley Tataranowicz both of Waterbury, his sisters; Michelle Fontanez of Fl, and Nicole Delgado of Waterbury. Additionlly, he leaves 3 grandchildren; Naomi, Kane, and Jayzair as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Heather Delgado.
Relatives and friends may visit with Craig's family on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 from 5:oo till 7:00 p.m. at Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1987 East Main St @ Southmayd Rd Waterbury CT. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of his family. We remain concerned about the ongoing pandemic so masks will be required during all indoor services whether you are vaccinated or not.
