Craig E. Kimberlin, Sr. 83 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2022. He was born May 18th 1938 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Peter & Liza May Kimberlin. After graduation, Craig proudly served in the United States Navy for 4 years. He worked for General Motors for many years as a foreman and after retirement he was involved in real estate. Craig was a member of the Greenwood American Legion Post 252. He also was a talented artist and a musician, where he played the guitar. He will be missed by all who knew him. He is preceded in death by his parents, two children, Kenneth Drew Kimberlin and Elizabeth Renee Thomas. Craig is survived by his wife of 63 years, Mary Jane Kimberlin; son, Craig (Melody) Kimberlin; eight grandchildren, Kathryn, Gabby, Alex, John (Kelly), Colleen (Joey), Kayla Marie, and thirteen great grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 12th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory, Greenwood Chapel 481 W. Main Street, Greenwood. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest in Greenwood Cemetery.
