Born October 1, 1977 in Thomasville, GA, Mrs. Wood was the daughter of James Warner Brooks and Mary Hardy Brooks. She was nurse manager for Mitchell County Health Department and a member of Open Door Worship Center of Putney.
Survivors include her husband, Jamie Wood of Camilla; three children, Haley Alexis Wood Stacey (Britton), Haven Amber Wood, and Noah Lane Wood; her mother, Mary Brooks of Crossville, AL; two sisters, Rhonda Brooks Addison and Lisa Dawn Palmer; and one grandchild, Laney Jean Stacey.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
