In the quiet town of Hazard, KY, on a chilly winter day in 1994, a beacon of light named Crystal Hurt was born. She brought joy and warmth to those around her from the very beginning. is with heavy hearts that we bid farewell to this extraordinary soul who departed from our lives on a spring day in Dayton, OH in 2024.
Crystal's greatest loves was her feline companions and her kids. She found solace in their gentle purrs and playful antics. Her home was always filled with the comforting presence of her beloved cats and children, whom she cherished deeply.
Apart from her musical talents and love for animals, Crystal had an unwavering dedication to helping others. Whether it was lending a listening ear, offering a helping hand, or providing words of wisdom, she made a lasting impact on those fortunate enough to know her.
Family meant everything to Crystal. She was preceded in death by Joseph Moosbrugger, her loving father, and Matthew Hurt, her dear brother,
She is survived by Roger Hurt, Daniel Hurt and Robert Gayman - her brothers; Vickie Moosbrugger - her mother; Maryanne Hurt - her daughter; Nicholas Hurt and William Nye - her sons; Michael Adams - her significant other and her close friend, Talyon Alrich. They mourn the loss of a remarkable woman who enriched their lives beyond measure.
Although Crystal has crossed into the realm beyond our reach, her spirit lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May her soul find peace in the eternal song that echoes through the heavens. Goodbye for now, dear Crystal - may you rest in everlasting harmony until we meet again.
Celebration of Life will be held Monday, July 8, 2024 from 5pm to 7pm at Woodland Hills Baptist Church, 6020 Foster Ave Dayton, OH 45414.
