Curlean Marie Lanier was born on July 17, 1933, in Morrilton, Arkansas, to Christopher and Amanda Alexander, who preceded her in death. She was one of nine siblings, and she is reunited in rest with Billie Toombs, Cleo Alexander, Mary Zander, Claudia Wright, Jerry Alexander, and Bennie Alexander. Her loving memory is cherished by her surviving siblings, Arlene Rupert, Thurman Alexander, and Betty Alexander. She moved to Kansas City, Missouri, where she lived for most of her life. Curlean dedicated more than 20 years of service to Truman Medical Center as a Nurse Aid, where her hard work and compassion made a lasting impact. She was also a devoted member of Palestine Missionary Baptist Church for many years, faithfully serving her church community.Curlean was the devoted mother of Norma Law-williams, Beverly A. Harrison, Sherri Lanier, Dale Lanier, and Joe Jimenez. She is preceded in death by her children, Jackie Lanier and William Lanier. She leaves behind her beloved grandchildren: Paula, Robroy Jr., Isaac III, Alan Sr., Brian Sr., Cordell, Quianna, Aaron, and Eric, as well as a host of great-grandchildren, Family, and Friends who will continue to honor her legacy. Ms.Curlean's life was a testament to family, love, and resilience. Her gentle spirit and unwavering support touched all who knew her. She will be deeply missed by all whose lives she graced. The family invites loved ones to join in celebrating Curlean's life and sharing cherished memories.
