Curtis Dean Slone

Curtis Dean Slone, of Roseville, passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at the age of 68. He was born January 12, 1957 in Grosse Pointe, Michigan to Jackie and Avonell Slone.
Curt was an avid "Non-Discriminatory" sports fan, although the Detroit Lions, University of Michigan football and University of Kentucky basketball teams attracted a bit more attention than others. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycles, boating and watching movies.
He was a "Jack-of-all-trades" kind of guy. He took great pride in the fact that he could build and fix just about anything.
With all the hobbies and projects that Curt took on in his life, his family was always his biggest joy. He was his grandchildren's biggest fan and looked forward to the time they would all be together. All the memories through the years will be treasured and he will truly be missed at all their family gatherings.
Beloved husband of Karen for 45 years. Loving father of Sharon (Jay) Scott, Sarah (Jeremy) Wroblewski and Jonathan (fiancee Courtney Hietikko) Slone. Proud Papa of Jameson, Walker and Slone Wroblewski, Jayden Scott and Johnny Slone. Dear brother of Jack (the late Leona) Slone and brother in law of Cory (Charlie) Vieth and Michael (Laura) Murasky. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Curt was predeceased by his faithful Border Collie Furbaby, Bella.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 29th from 11 a.m. until a Sharing of Memories at 5 p.m. at the Wasik Funeral Home, Inc., 11470 Thirteen Mile Road (west of Hoover) Warren. DUE TO CONSTRUCTION ON 13 MILE WE ARE ACCESSABLE FROM HOOVER ROAD.
