Curtis Taylor, affectionately known as Big Moe, was born on January 11, 1952, in Norfolk, Virginia. He had a special gift - the rare ability to make anyone laugh, even in life's hardest moments. Whether it was a perfectly timed joke, a mischievous grin, or a playful tease, Big Moe could light up an entire room with joy. There was never a dull moment in his presence; laughter always followed close behind.

Curtis faithfully served the City of Norfolk for over 30 years at the Water Treatment Plant, where his dedication, humor, and strong work ethic earned the respect and friendship of many coworkers.

Curtis was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patricia Ann Taylor, and their precious daughter, Roshawn Denise Taylor; his parents, Leonard and Rosa Mae Taylor; and his brothers, Leonard Taylor (Priscilla) and Robert Lee Taylor (Pansie).

He leaves to cherish his memory two devoted brothers, Douglas Taylor and Curtis Houpe (Michell), along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will forever remember his laughter, love, and unforgettable spirit.

Though Curtis has left this earthly home, his laughter and light will continue to echo in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
