Curtis Gerald Taylor

Curtis Gerald Taylor July 8, 1964 - February 20, 2026.

Curtis Gerald Taylor, 61, died peacefully in his sleep. Curtis was a retired roofer, but his pride was the time he spent working at the YMCA helping others.

He is survived by his loving father Estle Taylor and his sister Lillian Gandar. He was the proud uncle to Sydney and Daniel N. Gandar. He was preceded in death by his mother, and we find great comfort knowing they are reunited.

Funeral service will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday, March 7, 2026 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home with Rev. Natalie Justice officiating. Interment will follow at the Taylor Family Cemetery on Littlesburg Road where family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home.
