Mr. Curtis Wheless, age 70, departed this earthly life on Wednesday, October 29, 2025.
Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 PM, Saturday, November 8, 2025 at William Toney's Funeral Home Chapel, 516 S. Poplar Street, Spring Hope, NC. Interment to follow in the Walnut Grove Church Cemetery, Louisburg, NC.
Prior to the Service, a Public Viewing will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, in the funeral home chapel.
Curtis leaves to cherish his loving memories: his wife, Barbara Ann Perry Wheless of Warsaw, N.C.; daughter, Breanna Perry of Richmond, Va; sons, Curtis Wheless, III of New Jersey and William Wheless of Ohio; his mother, Loretta Jones; step-children, Shandon Perry of Texas and Ricardo Perry of Rocky Mount; siblings, Beatrice Wheless of Raleigh, Linda Stone of Knightdale, and Rosalyn Wilson of Memphis, Tn; in-laws, George Perry (Lucille), Carl Ray Perry, Doris Hayman, Ellis Hayman, Devon Hayman, all of Bailey, Donnie Hayman and Cleavon Hayman (Teresa), both of Raleigh, Alicia Hayman of Wilson, Séance Hayman of Raleigh, Quincy Hayman of Wilson, and Yonna Hayman of Bailey; three step-grandchildren Tatyania Powell of Greensboro, NC, Zahniyah Horne of Wilson, and Shandon Perry, Jr. of Texas; one great-grandchild, Michael Turner of Greensboro; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
