Cynthia "Cindy" Boucher Obituary
Cynthia “Cindy” Hope Boucher, age 67 of Rutherford, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Friday, October 31, 2025, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Graveside services for Ms. Boucher will be conducted on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 2:00PM at New Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery in Dyer. Bro. Nickey McMinn will officiate.
She was born November 29, 1957, in Bristol, TN; the daughter of the late James B. and Dorothy Barron Hayes. She was employed at Bill’s Dollar Store before she retired, and was a member of New Bethlehem Baptist Church.
She is survived by her brother Mark Hayes (Kathy), two great nephews Preston Hayes and Payton Hayes, and a great niece, Jocelyn Gentry. She was preceded in death by her parents and nephew, Josh Hayes.
