Cindy met and married Michael Hall in 1987, and went on to have 3 children. While she had many jobs through out the years, she spent a majority of her life as a homemaker, and the last few years as a care taker of her disabled husband. She enjoyed anything outdoors, camping, swimming; sports; and spending time with her favorite people, her grandchildren.

Cindy departed this life on May 23, 2025, after a short but hard fought battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Wanda Christine, and grandson, Devin Michael.

She is survived by her husband, Michael, daughter, Cassie (Cory) Reffitt, daughter, Amanda (Ian) Hall, son John (Heather) Hall; grandchildren Ledger, Mahayla, Jayden, Rilyn, Cameron, James and Hadley; siblings; sister, Pam Palmer, and brothers, Mark Manroe and Darrell Manroe, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Cindy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who will be greatly missed.

At Cindy's request, in lieu of a service there will be a celebration of life set for June 7, 2025 at Tryst Falls Park in Excelsior Springs Mo.
