It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Cynthia Gayle Troutman Como of Monroe NC, formerly of Wellersburg PA. Cindy passed away on March 4, 2026 at the age of 69. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family. She is preceded in death by her son Jimmy Deneen, her father Ray Troutman, and her grandson Jude Como. She is survived by her husband Herbert Como, son Todd Deneen, stepson, Kiley Como and daughter-in-law, Nikki Como; stepdaughter, Lindsay Antweiler and son-in-law, Jim Antweiler; her mother Jo Ellen Troutman, and her sister Susan Troutman; and grandchildren: Eli Deneen and Allison Hite, and her grandsons Elijah and Ethan Como and James Antweiler and her granddaughter Cora Antweiler.
Cindy will be most remembered for serving the Lord and her perseverance through good and bad times. Always depending on the Lord for strength. She dedicated her life to working diligently as a respiratory therapist. For her, it was more than a career; she saw it as a mission to love, care for, and serve others. She loved and cherished her family and friends more than anything. And we cannot forget her love of animals, especially her dog Buddy.
Cindy is now at peace and pain-free. She will spend eternity with her loved ones and most importantly, with her loving Savior, Jesus Christ.
A celebration of life will be held at the Tri State Ministry Center in Hyndman, PA. Pastor Steven Leydig will officiate, further details will follow once we have a date.
