Cynthia Josephine Cudworth "Cindy", age 65, former resident of Waukegan Illinois, passed away on Monday, September 15, 2025 at the Mado Healthcare-Uptown in Chicago. She was born June 16, 1960 in Waukegan, Illinois to the union of James Allen and Esther Eva (Guarascio) Cudworth. She was raised in North Chicago, Illinois and graduated for North Chicago High School, class of 1978. The family were members of Holy Family Church in North Chicago, Illinois.

Cindy was a devoted daughter, sister niece and aunt with a big heart. She was an aspiring, artist and poetry writer with a love for music and theatre that was inducted into the library of congress for her poetry. She was a passionate activist with a particular focus on women's rights. She enjoyed walking and being in the community with a special interest in various dining experiences. Overall, Cindy enjoyed being involved and a part of her family and supporting her friends. She had a generous and determined spirit and she will be missed.

Dear sister of Deborah Cudworth and John Cudworth, and aunt to nephew Johnathan Payne and friend to many.

Funeral services are private and inurnment will be at Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville, Illinois
