Cynthia Eaves Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Michigan Memorial Funeral Home, Inc. on Sep. 27, 2023.
Cynthia Gale Eaves, 75, went to be with the Lord on September 16th, 2023 in Wyandotte, MI after a short battle with cancer. She was born on June 25th, 1948 in Wyandotte, MI. Cindy graduated from Lincoln Park High School in 1966 and married her husband, Mike, in 1969. Together they raised three beautiful children: Jodi, Becky and Phil.
Cindy loved to travel - visiting her son in London or brother in Tennessee, going on cruises, and driving to car shows with her husband, and traveling the world for skating competitions. Cindy's love of flowers and travel showed us the simple beauty of a still garden and the adventures of the world. She was a beacon of love, patience and selflessness in our lives. Her devotion to her friends and family, and her genuine care for people reflected the essence of her character. She possessed a remarkable ability to connect with everyone she encountered. To her, every person she met became an instant friend, and her warm presence never failed to bring joy and laughter. She was always there when you needed her, ready to lend a helping hand or a listening ear, making her an irreplaceable part of our lives.
Surviving is her husband, Michael Eaves; Daughters, Jodi (Jarrod) Beaty and Rebecca (Glen) Hoyt; Brother, Douglas (Sherry) Guyot; Granddaughters, Elizabeth (Jose) Chapa, Kelli (Justin) Stott, and Madeline Hoyt; Grandsons, Noah Millard and Nathan Hoyt; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Philip and Twyilla Guyot, William and Margaret Eaves; Son, Philip Eaves; Sister in Law, Karen Eaves; Brother, Gordon Guyot; and Brother in Laws, Kenneth (Maureen) Eaves and William (Diane) Burton.
We will be paying tribute to Cindy with a Celebration of Life at Provisions Wyandotte 110 Sycamore St, Wyandotte, MI 48192 on October 6th, 2023 starting at 5:00pm, time of remembrance at 6:30pm and light d'oeuvres to follow. Please come along and celebrate the amazing wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend Cindy was.
