Cindy was a super lady. I met her when my husband needed me to come help him run his business after his brothers sudden passing. I was not familiar with Quick-books and after looking online for some help, I found Padgett. Erica contacted me and was so kind. I really enjoyed her can do attitude and willingness to help in any way she could. After some consideration, I decided to wait only to find myself in need of help a little later down the line. At that time, Cindy had me make an appointment and we had our first zoom. She was so funny and down to earth, I felt like we were instant friends. She took so much time and was so patient with me as I learned what I needed to. Her firm later helped me with some other things and Cindy was always ready and available to answer the phone and help me out. She always made me feel like I was her only client. I am going to miss that and the Oak Cliff community will miss her as well.
