Public viewing 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 484 Money Hole Rd., Bolton, NC 28423.
A celebration of First Lady Jacob's life will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at First Baptist Missionary Baptist Church, 2600 General Howe Hwy, Riegelwood, NC 28456.
Interment will follow at Freeman Community Cemetery.
Her love and memories will remain in the heart of her husband, Pastor Charles H. Jacobs, Jr. of the home; children, Charles H. "Trai" Jacobs, III (Canesha) and William A. Jacobs both of Bolton and Tiara J. McKelvie (Demetrius) of Leland; mother, Naomi Graham of Riegelwood; sisters, Sheree Graham and Deborah Brooks (Darnel) both of Riegelwood; brother, Ronald O. Graham (Henrietta) of Augusta, GA, eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.

My deepest condolences to the family and church family of Mrs Jacobs. She fought many wars, but; the battle is over and the victory is won. Rest in peace Elect Lady Cynthia. Mrs. Jacobs and I worked, for many years, at the same company. She was such a kind, sweet person. Prayers for her family and love ones.
