She was born on June 21, 1947 the daughter of [the late] Palmer and Gladys Shultz.
Cindy was the owner operator of Cynthia's Beauty Shop, Elizabethville. She had been operating the business for over 50 years.
She was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Elizabethville, and helped with their annual strawberry festival.
She also was an active member of the Gratz VFW, Post #2385. She enjoyed cooking, baking and tending to her pet dog, Milo, and many other grand dogs.
She is survived by her two sons, Shane Phillips (companion, Heather. Smith) and, Shawn Phillips (companion, Angie Schorr-Houser) all of Elizabethville; Brothers, Ronald (Judy) Schultz, Elizabethville; Nephew, Ronald Schultz Jr. Elizabethville; Nieces, Christina Schultz, Gratz and Amanda Daniels, Elizabethville.
There will be a viewing held at her church on Thursday, February 2, 2023 from 10-11 AM. Services will start at 11:00 AM with Rev. Tom Bruner officiating. Burial will follow the services in the church graveyard.

Dolly and I want to express our deepest sympathy for Cynthia Phillips family. She was always nice to us and we will miss her very much.

There were a few of us couples that went out together on the weekends and had a great time.Cindy was a great friend and she would do anything for you. Cindy will now cross the Rainbow bridge to be with her friends with no more pain
