Demian Millan, lovingly known as D-MILLI by all his family and friends, passed away on April 7, 2024, at the young age of 21. Born on October 26, 2002, to Diane and Fernando Millan. Demian was loved and adored by many. He had a smile that could light up a room and was quick to engage with those around making everyone around him feel at ease. Demian grew up in the Eastern plains of Colorado and had many interests and hobbies. He was a talented musician, exploring ways to expand his love of music and share it with those around him. He was always seen creating songs, engaging in freestyle, and bonding with his friends. Demian loved getting together with his friends/family, whether it was for a BBQ or time with his homies. He was never hesitant to try new things and explore the world around him. Demian loved his family; he was always the first one to offer support to his brothers and sisters. The bond between him and his mother was truly one of a kind. He would always share how he was going to take care of her always and offering to help family regardless of the project. His joking personality shined so bright it lit those around him. To know Demian was to love him.

Demian is survived by and extremely missed by his parents, Fernando and Diane Millan, and his siblings, Xavier Arriaga, Ysabelle Mireles, Danyella, and Angel Millan. His grandparents, Juan and Oralia Arriaga, Fortino Millan, and his close-knit family of Aunts, Uncles, many cousins, and two beautiful nieces.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Maria Martha Garcia. A prayer service will be held on Friday, April 12, 2024, at 7 pm at St. Catherine of Sienna in Burlington. A mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at 1 pm at St. Catherine of Sienna, 450 3rd St. Burlington, Colorado.
