Daisy Marie Lepping

Daisy Lepping, 86, a cherished mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend peacefully passed away on October 11th surrounded by her loving Family. Her children Theresa, Doug, and Lawrence Lepping, along with her grandchildren Craig Weaver, Hunter, John, Maya, Sophia, and Avery Lepping, and her in-laws Angie and Sarah Lepping, were all by her side. She is also survived by three great granddaughters: Clara, Emaline, and Elinor.

Daisy lived a life full of grace, wisdom and unwavering determination.

At just 15, Daisy left home to make a life for herself. She went to Cincinnati where she would meet her future husband, Larry Lepping. Daisy worked hard for what she wanted for her life and her future children. She never gave up; Daisy was and will always be known for the strong woman she was. Even through her fights with her health she never let it define her spirit, her legacy, or her undimmable light.

Like the flower Daisy, a symbol of purity, joy, and friendship, she brought joy and warmth to everyone she encountered. She could fill a room with laughter, and her presence radiated light. Anyone who knew Daisy knew her heart was like a garden of love. No one was a stranger to Daisy. Her kind heart has left a lasting impression on everyone she knows. Her traditions and love inspire and now live on through us.

Daisy's greatest joy came from spending time with her family and opening her arms to anyone in need. Her love for nurturing those around her was evident throughout her 86 years of life. She consistently provided a warm and welcoming home to anyone seeking shelter, always ready to lend a helping hand without hesitation. Daisy embodied the essence of kindness and selflessness, qualities that we strive to have in our own lives.

As we lay our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to rest, we come to the realization that no amount of time spent with someone you love is ever enough. We will forever cherish all the memories, stories, and laughter we shared with Daisy. And we will spend the rest of our lives missing her. Yet, it is truly beautiful to love someone so deeply that you would wait a lifetime to see them again.
