Daisy Garner Maness, 92, of Seagrove, died Friday, April 18, 2025.
Funeral Services, 3 PM, Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at Riverside Baptist Church, Seagrove.
Officiating, Rev. Kenneth Bouldin, Rev. Gerald Hussey.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Daisy was a native of Randolph County, retired from Ramtex with 43 years of service. She loved her Lord and Savior and was a active member of Riverside Baptist Church. Daisy will be remembered for being Granny to all. She loved going to the Teague Store in Erect to visit with her friends and getting a cup of coffee. Daisy was devoted to her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved spending time in her garden and spent endless hours shelling peas on her front porch in her swing. Daisy was a hard worker, full of energy, full of life and never complained. Granny Daisy will be greatly missed by so many. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Vestal Maness and Vernon Maness, parents, Elias and Alena Sheffield Garner, sister, Dossie Garner Cole, brothers, Douglas "Dougie" Garner, Elias Garner, Jr.
Survivors: daughter, Vivian Hussey and husband, Taft, of Seagrove, sisters, Dora Hussey, of Robbins, Faye Hussey, and husband, Waylon, of Robbins, grandchildren, Devon Allred, and husband, Josh, Diana Brown, and husband Jamie, both of Seagrove, great-grandchildren, Regan Allred, Riley Allred, Colton Brown, Dylan Brown, many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation, 6 PM to 8 PM, Tuesday, Loflin Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ramseur.
