Dakota Joseph Joshua Old

Dakota Joshua Daniel Old was born on May 4th, 2004 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He graduated from Southwest Christian Academy May, 2022.  He was always very bright, intelligent, and curious.  Cody loved animals, talking to his friends, playing video games, and spending time with his family.  He had a kind and compassionate heart.  Cody was very loved by so many, and we will always carry fond memories of him in our hearts.   Cody is survived by his mother, Melissa Leslie, his father, Michael Norrell, brothers Julian Leslie and William Leslie, his grandmother, Sherry Bates, Grandfather John Old, grandmother Loretta and grandfather John Norrell, and great grandmother, Dot Hope.   Cody deeply loved and adopted several cats and dogs from the Pulaski County Humane Society, so in lieu of flowers, donations to the Humane Society would be welcome.    Cody was a member of Christian Life Center, Reverend Melvin Clifford will be conducting graveside services, Monday, November 6, 1:00 pm at Pinecrest Cemetery, Alexander.  Arrangements by Smith Little Rock Funeral Home.  Cody's guestbook may be signed at smithfamilycares.com.
