Dale Kenton Blatt, 81, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on June 20, 2025, with his wife and family by his side.
Dale was born on November 27, 1943, in Brown City (Flynn Township) to the late Bill and Phyllis (Harden) Blatt.
Dale graduated from Brown City High School and married his high school sweetheart, Janet Foster. They were married for 60 years. Dale worked at the Marlette Farmer's Elevator for 10 years and at the Ford Motor Company for 30 years.
Dale is survived by his wife, Janet; sons, Timothy (Shelly) Blatt, Matthew (June) Blatt; daughters, Selina (Sam) Blakley, Sarah (Darryl) Lintz, Anna (Jeremias) Carrizales, and Leah (Brian) Whitehead; 21 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Gail (Bruce) Hurley, Chris Bell, Bonnie (Randy) Mitchell, and Kenneth (Patricia) Blatt.
Dale is preceded in death by his parents and his brother-in-law, Wayne Bell.
The family will receive visitors from 3-8 PM on Monday, June 23, 2025 at the Marsh Funeral Chapel, 2675 Main Street, Marlette, Michigan 48453 and from 10-11 AM on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at Faith Baptist Church, 6910 Cade Road, Brown City, Michigan 48416.
A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at Faith Baptist Church of Brown City and burial will follow immediately at Burnside Cemetery in Brown City with Pastor Paul Gaymon officiating.
Memorial may be made to United Hospice of Aspire Marlette.
Friends may share an online condolence at www.marshfuneral.com.
