After battling cancer for 9 months, 71 year old, Dale M Davis, went to be with our Lord and Savior on September 7, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.
On August 12, 1953, in Ypsilanti, Michigan, Dale was born to Donald and Betty (Campbell) Davis. He married the love of his life Mary Helen Brackett on August 10, 1974. He dedicated 36 years of his life to the Ford Motor Company working in various positions ending in the Quality Department. Outside of work Dale enjoyed spending time with his family, camping, puzzles, seeing lighthouses and watching NASCAR.
Dale is survived by his loving family: wife: Mary, children: Tabitha Davis, Mandy (Benjamin) Zwart, Dale Davis, William Davis, 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and brothers: Bill (Kathy) Davis, Jim Davis, John (Rose) Davis.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends are invited to visit with the family from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 E. Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Dale will take place at 12:00 p.m. (noon) at the funeral home.
Per Dale’s wishes cremation will take place at a later date.
